Our place was a quiet residential area, but these days once the sun sets and the neon lights dawn, the people are dawned upon by one more thing, "FEAR".. And this is because there's a psychopath killer on the loose and he's already killed some 8 people! About 5 among them are watchman, a ragpicker and two more! Policing have been intensified and I can see around 30 patrol cars in the main avenue every night! Police have been working under cover as watchmen and ragpickers on the street to catch this "Night Torcher". Hope there's peace soon!
